COMMENTS (1)
[01-Jul-2022] The landlord did not deliver my security deposit even after repeated requests and notification that they violated the law. I filed a complaint with the NY State Attorney General's office. The landlord was also renting out four units in my building when the certificate of occupancy was only permitted for three. This caused major issues in the building with utility lines. The stairs in the front of the building were severely cracked and were not properly fixed. Lastly, my roof leaked four or five times (flooding my apartment) before being fixed.
