ADDITIONAL COMMENTS (1)
[08-Mar-2010] This place is rigged with over 15 security cameras which some face directly into apt. They are all remote controlled and accessible over the Internet. Bill is the most anal landlord you will ever find. He conducts inspections at least 2-3 times a month with minimal notice. The thing we liked when we first went in was how clean he was. I never knew that led to how anal he was with the place. Also, don't expect much of your deposit back either. He will use it to the max.
