Site, fixes needed

This site is absolutely necessary. For years everybody did with not having access to information about landlords because no matter how awful a landlord was, in the US everyone expected to buy a home as soon as they could and just block out the renting trauma. Those days are over, and we're still a highly mobile country. Renters will now need information more than ever in order to make rational decisions. Also, US law is there to protect property owners, and not just by being expensive to use. That means that, effectively, renters have no protection from abuse and no recourse when abused. We need information to protect ourselves.

Some fixes will be required on this site.
1) This discussion forum is too difficult to navigate.
2) I tested them and the searches are not sensitive enough. Right now, you need to put in exact wording to get hits. This needs to be improved, not just to accommodate minor spelling errors, but also: many landlords go by personal names as well as company names, many company names have short and long forms, and many landlords are married couples with two names. The search feature should accommodate variation. And the landlord and management company name entries on each landlord entry page should accommodate multiple owner names, along with the company name and an alias.
3) There should be an entry for the landlord's webpage.
